Shipping policy

Processing time:

• Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. 
• Orders placed on weekends will begin the processing window the following business days.
• Orders with substitutions or placed during major holidays may be subject to slightly longer processing times.

Shipping: 

• We currently ship within the United States.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 
• We are unable to change shipping rates after an order has been placed. 
• When your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation. If you do not have this after our processing window, feel free to call or email for updates.

Delivery:

• Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. We do our best to ensure sure timely delivery, but delays with carriers may affect this. These are outside of our control, please have patience with us as we work through them together.

Incorrect address:

• PLEASE double check your shipping address and billing address thoroughly. Southern Heritage is not responsible for delays or additional cost related to incorrect addressing during checkout.
